I can't remove the fold line
While the picture looks great and the fabric (vinyl) is being processed. I can't draw the fold lines. The background does not come folded, but folded. and you fold lines and folds in it. I called the company (with another company and their background) and was told they were leaving. You are not. I was told not to iron the vinyl. But I'm at the point where I'll try soon, nothing else works. used per vapor - absolutely NO EFFECT. I'll stick to the material for now. They don't last as long etc. but creases show up as dark lines in my photos.
