This is my first time using a steamer and I can already see the difference. It's easy to use and it doesn't take long for steam to come out. I like that the vapor isn't too hot so it doesn't feel like I'm about to burn my skin. My face feels hydrated and fresh after use, which is exactly what I wanted. It's big and holds enough water to get the job done. Additional gifts are very practical, especially the headband and silicone cleaner.
