Did you know that inserts can be used in it? I have plantar fasciitis and bought cheap foam inserts for some other shoes I wore on vacation. When I first tried on these water shoes, I felt tension in my heels. It's certainly not the shoes' fault - most water boots don't have arch support, especially for the price. On a whim, I took these foam inserts off my running shoes and put them under the standard insert on these water boots. I was able to walk up and down the boardwalk without discomfort. 5 Stars
