It picked up the signal instantly and showed great video at any 1080i resolution
This unit is used to convert the output signal from the DIRECTV box (HDMI) to an HD/SDI broadcast convert monitor signal. It locked on signal out of the box and showed video perfectly at any resolution 1080i, 720p, etc. on the monitor. No problem. But shortly after blocking, it starts to reset the signal every few seconds, resulting in a black frame appearing on the monitor. Tried every possible setting on the DIRECTV box to adjust the output resolution but to no avail. I've tried adjusting the monitor resolution to no avail.
