Poor quality floor puzzles
The die they used to cut this puzzle was very dull and didn't go all the way through. As a result, there were torn pieces of paper everywhere, making it very difficult to put the pieces back together. I called the manufacturer and sent them photos of the problem and they said they would be happy to send me another copy of the puzzle but they are unable to do so based on my email and photos of the pieces and box. They wanted me to send a real box and write a letter about my complaint. I think to discourage what he did and I just went through it all.
