I bought a camera to host webinars. You paid too much for it, but there aren't many cameras on the market with a built-in light anymore. Couldn't get it to work on my Windows 10 PC. I had trouble reading comments online for a day (mfg site and support were useless). I ended up having to contact our IT support contractor for help. After about an hour she finally gave up. We got it working in Zoom, but we couldn't get it to work independently. Maybe the problem was in our version of Windows, security software, limited driver installation. I am not sure.
