The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

I ordered a watch on 02/05/2022 with delivery on 02/06, order until 02/06. I did not change my status, I called and found out that the order was lost, well, great. Cancel the order and re-register, well, ok. But the order will be canceled only within 48 hours! I was not much shocked, but God was indignant with him, okay, I'll wait. It is the fourth day on February 10, the order is still waiting for cancellation, I called 6 times! One answer, wait, we will make a request again. I could not stand it anymore and asked the senior managers, then everything was assured! There are no problems during the day, we will fix everything, Marina answers me. But a day later, nothing changes, and Marina is embarrassed to pick up the phone. Another senior manager politely and tactfully on a robotic, according to the template, everything is the same, but excuse me, let's fix it, but when no one knows! When asked to whom you even send a request to cancel the order, the answer does not contain information ! Gorgeous! Tell me how can there be a store that does not bear any responsibility for anything. The order was paid, waited, lost ok, canceled, ok, and not one of the 6 managers knows anything! How! ? How can you build a business on this. 21st century guys, what are you! ? And I won't be surprised if February 11 comes and I can't wait for the cancellation yet, I'll send them a lawsuit and an invitation to court. The lawyer will be interested in listening to conversations about water, about the eternal, but not about the solution of this case. I am writing this so that other buyers who are less competent in the organization of online stores know that this still exists, that such confusion exists in modern times.
