Everything is very deceptive. Go down 2 sizes if you can. The material is thinner than the tissue paper that came with it. I'm surprised that this material not torn in the sewing machine. Also, very large for a small, it would fit a 30" waist much better. The product as a whole would probably fit year round in climates of 90 degrees or more ROUND Very cheap and should cost 3 dollars.
