I used them last night and the pigments are really good! I was surprised I didn't have to use it too often - a little really goes a long way, especially if you want the color to be more transparent. It came with 2 little spoons which was nice and nice because it's very easy to scoop out the powder with it. I'd say if you want a transparent color use 1/4 of a scoop, maybe even less. You can always add more if needed. I did a lot of searching for the right type of powder and looked at the reviews of each. I have this one and another and I'm glad I got this one because there are MANY more colors and more pigment. I will buy again!
