Sideways movement cannot be improved but otherwise good.

I just laugh at one star because my use case can be different from most. First, if all you need is a powerful monitor stand, then this is a pretty good option. It held my heavy 30 inch Dell LCD monitor perfectly. However, I bought it for the boat. Just a slow moving pontoon boat on a calm lake to use as my office during the Covid lockdown. In any case, the monitor holds the vertical position well, but horizontal movement cannot lock, so a slight breeze or boat rocking will cause the monitor to move. Dryness is annoying and I'm sure some tape will fix it, but it would be nice to be able to adjust the stiffness for this type of movement.
