Breaks too easily
This item broke when I was gently stirring coffee grounds into hot water. I've followed the directions every time I've done this: I've rinsed the jar in warm water before adding the hot water to thicken. Unfortunately it broke and spilled everywhere. Now I have to go and buy coffee to start my workday, not to mention the mess. This item is cheaply made and now I've completely wasted that money as it comes in handy a few days after returning it.
