I bought 5 of these for my 5 ring spotlight cameras. Each of them has two batteries. Installation was very easy! Solar panels charge both batteries in the headlight chambers. It took a few days to fully charge. Initially, the Ring app didn't show that they were charging. I had to show the camera's "live view" (I assume you have to physically connect to it?) to update the battery level. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. Great price and all 5 work very well! Edited after a month of use: one of them seemed to be starting to stop loading. I contacted the support team who answered my questions and fixed the issues very quickly. They also mentioned that the batteries might not charge at 32 degrees or below. I didn't see it in any of the descriptions and didn't realize it wasn't one of my other 4 cameras, but it still might be something to consider if you live in a colder climate (I live in Wisconsin - it definitely was and will be be). it's still colder than 32 feet here!). After we couldn't charge one, they quickly sent a replacement. Overall still a great product and great customer service. I hope that low temperatures don't really affect the battery life, I'd rather not be there when changing the batteries! Edited to add: it seems like they really do NOT charge under 32ft. I have 5 cameras each with a panel and it seems like everyone has it. The only one that charges when the temp is a little under 32' on a south side of the house I'm guessing because constant direct sun heats the unit up to over 32'.
