It works but for foot, hand and nail care
I found it impossible to keep my fingers in a hot solution for very long. It removes nail polish faster than just soaking nails in acetone and wrapping them in foil. But be prepared to feel the sting of the hot acetone. I removed my fingers, scrubbed my nails and then put them back for another minute or so, repeating until I was able to completely remove the nail polish.
