This is by far the easiest, most effective and most comfortable way to apply moist heat to the eyes. I've tried warm washcloths, tea bags, baking soda compresses, and combinations of the above. What a dripping mess they all make to little use. This mask eliminated the redness and swelling caused by the meibomian cyst and I was able to avoid eye surgery. I also use Mediviz eye cleansing wipes which I cannot do without. For the first time in 8 years I had no red rims around my eyes. I was lucky enough to receive these items as a gift, they fit me so well that I bought them for a friend to repay the kindness in advance.
