I like that it is easy to setup for new customers with no previous experience. It's also very simple to use once you get started. There are some things about the product that could be improved, but nothing major. We have been able to streamline our shipping process by using this service. Our customers can choose their own carriers and we don't have to worry about tracking shipments. We have been using this software for over two years now and it has not disappointed us once! It works like magic. Nothing at all. I can't think of anything that we dislike about Envista's product.
