Review on Swiss Stop Full FlashPro BXP Brake Pad Brake - Ultimate Performance and Size Efficiency by Chad Baio
Replaced original Shimano CX50 cantilever brakes.
I swapped these pads out for stock pads on my Shimano CX50 cantilever brakes. Immediately felt a big difference in braking and modulation compared to the stock Tiagra pads. Still not as good as hydraulic disc brakes, but at least I'm no longer scared of going downhill as I've never been able to get the stock brakes to work as I thought they would, despite rim cleaning, track adjustment and cleaning/grinding the pads. Remove glazed surface or contaminants. Will buy them again or try Koolstops next time.
