The main benefit is that it can be used for both manual and automatic tests. It also integrates with other tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, etc. There are many plugins available in the market but I have only tried some of them and they do not work well. Also there is no support for UFT (User-Facing Tests). If you need an open source tool for automation then go ahead with this. This is a free tool so we don't mind if it has some limitations. We use it for automated functional testings and it helps us to run our CI/CD pipeline.
