The product disappointed, does not meet the promises.

It was discovered that the fault was not software after spending more than two hours on the phone with those support and running a variety of tests. A technical support specialist scheduled a visit with a licensed service facility. I was courteously declined to replace the laptop at a warranty service location. Declared flaws in the laptop's functionality are allowed. To be fair, it should be mentioned that the laptop actually functions wonderfully (apart from the XD squeak) and that all tests and stress tests are successful. However, I shouldn't have had such high hopes for a laptop that cost $200,000. My brand-new laptop ought not should beep. The quality of the laptop disappoints me. The company's policy has me utterly infuriated. It was necessary to bring along another Windows laptop. I'm disappointed in the purchase and regret it. PS There are many complaints about similar flaws on the Internet, particularly in English-language forums. People record these sounds on studio microphones (you won't hear this sound in the store due to ambient noise) and return laptops. This happens 3–4 times, and the flaw is repeated everywhere. Thank you for reading all the way through. I sincerely hope that my review will help you avoid spending too much money or recognize the drawbacks of purchasing a laptop in advance.

Pros
  • Strong processor, quick SSD, nice operating system, excellent screen, and steady operation (never restarted). The second operating system was installed via Boot Camp and was the simplest Windows installation I've ever experienced. I didn't experience the speaker clicking issue, which has already been fixed. Small yet clear key travel on a good keyboard.
Cons
  • Two of the most outrageous flaws, in my opinion: 1. Consistently noisy throttles 2. Noise when under load The first flaw noted above is as follows: the laptop continuously beeps when attaching peripheral devices (mouse, hub with rj-45, etc.). While this noise is not audible while working in the office or throughout the day when working from home (street noise, refrigerator, etc.), it is tremendously bothersome at night. The sound is comparable to that of vintage radio-tube televisions. The second issue stated above appears as follows: when you power on the computer, open a browser (with several tabs open), or launch "heavy" applications, the laptop makes sounds that are similar to those from the HDD (even if it is installed, of course, SSD).
