The best part about this one was its integration in other tools like Slack or CRM platforms which made user experience better than previous solutions I tried out previously. It had little lag time when querying databases as well it served multiple purposes so there wasn't anything specific i disliked but if you are looking for an enterprise grade BI tool then definitely go ahead otherwise consider others such as Qlikview etc. Our organization has improved working efficiency tremendously by using bizzel 360 through our internal messaging software slack. BIZINTEL360 is a great product for any company that is looking to analyze their data. It is very easy to use and I have been impressed with the customer service. I have not found any issues yet. I have only been with them for a few months now, so I cannot say for sure if there will be issues in the future. I have used it for a variety of purposes. I have used it to find new customers, to find new leads, and to find new opportunities.
