I originally ordered two boxes of these shelves in April 2018 for my ever growing makeup palette collection. Due to the injury, I was bedridden for a year while recovering and never managed to open or build in my shelves. This year I felt great again and decided it was time to install my shelves. When I opened both boxes, I noticed that the hardware was missing. I asked a question about Revain and was initially rejected so I decided to email. I decided that I was unlucky because more than a year had passed due to my injury. About a week later, I received a beautifully handwritten note in my mailbox and two sets of hardware I needed to install the shelves. The message and package were sent by a wonderful and caring person named Isobel. Isobel, I want to personally thank you for taking care of me. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The shelves are sturdy and well made and I plan on installing them today. This wouldn't have happened without you as I wouldn't know what gear to buy from Lowe's. Thank you again my friend. Once I have the shelves in place and store my pallets on them I will add a photo. I will be placing another order for another set or two in the future due to the quality of their products and most importantly my wonderful experience with Isobel and Pretty Display.
