Review on SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring by Michael Lucas

I like how easy it was for me as an admin/support person to set up my first client with this product! It did not take long at all once we had our initial meeting to get things going. There were no problems or issues during deployment either - great success story there!! We have been able to monitor web traffic since day one (we are using it primarily to track website usage). This has helped us identify some areas where users need improvement when they come into contact with certain pages within our site.
