Good Product For Monitoring Your Applications

The ability to use it across multiple devices. It has been easy for my team to get up and running with the tool. We are able to see how our customers are experiencing their applications and have visibility into what issues they are having. I haven't found anything I dislike about this product yet. If you look at other SaaS solutions out there, this can be significantly cheaper. However, for us, we needed something simple and easy to use. This solution fit those needs and allowed us to create…

Great addition to help manage and protect employees

Easy setup with our existing AD infrastructure for all users (including guest). Works well as an additional tool within my organization - not replacing anything else we use! Notifications are sometimes delayed or missing when you don't have enough resources available during peak times/demand periods but this isn’t something I can control since it depends entirely upon how busy your network / servers get at any given moment? We've seen improvements overall across several areas which was great…

Easy-to use and user friendly interface

I like how easy it was for me as an admin/support person to set up my first client with this product! It did not take long at all once we had our initial meeting to get things going. There were no problems or issues during deployment either - great success story there!! We have been able to monitor web traffic since day one (we are using it primarily to track website usage). This has helped us identify some areas where users need improvement when they come into contact with certain pages within
