Good Product For Monitoring Your Applications

The ability to use it across multiple devices. It has been easy for my team to get up and running with the tool. We are able to see how our customers are experiencing their applications and have visibility into what issues they are having. I haven't found anything I dislike about this product yet. If you look at other SaaS solutions out there, this can be significantly cheaper. However, for us, we needed something simple and easy to use. This solution fit those needs and allowed us to create metrics around customer satisfaction.
