It's so easy to use! I can create, edit or delete an ad in seconds without needing any help from anyone else at my agency. The interface is very simple and intuitive - no confusing icons where you need some assistance with how they work. We've been using it since we started working together about 4 years ago and have had almost zero issues. There are few minor glitches here and there but nothing that has caused us too much trouble when troubleshooting them (we're not IT specialists). If you want something super user friendly then this program will be perfect for your team as well. They do offer live chat support which helps if you ever get stuck. This software allows our teams to manage their own campaigns easily allowing me to spend more time doing what i love most; solving problems.
