This is my second machine of the same model. I will be using two flashes in combination with the Trigger Trap Dongle for high speed stop motions and using two flashes makes the actual flash event shorter/faster and should handle motion stops better. I'll also be using a flash on a separate panel to better light the room while I'm photographing the kids moving around the room. This flash is so well made that I am impressed with it, I have no doubt that it will be very durable. There is a white pop up lens at the top next to the lens which I almost tried to tear off when unboxing the unit, thinking it was part of the box - don't! The performance in combination with my E-M1 and E-M5 cameras is truly amazing, especially when compared to the Vivitar 283/285 flash units I used when shooting at 35mm. The ability to light up the back of the digital modes at night is great. The film light is great, the mobility of the flash head on the unit makes it easy to rotate the head to almost any position. My only wish is that it comes with a cable for off-camera use of the flash, but this accessory is available for purchase. If you have one or both of the above cameras I think this is the only flash you can buy, it's not the cheapest nor the most expensive but the features are all most people would want or use. I love these two flashes.
