We bought two systems for our laundromats, one to replace our old 4-chamber system and one as a new system. The price was good, in line with other options. Reviews seemed decent if not exemplary. Installation: I routed the cable and installed the cameras with no problems. When I connected the monitor via HDMI, I had no video output. It worked with a VGA cable. I had great difficulty connecting the base unit/DVR to my network via WIFI or Ethernet. I started Ethernet beforehand. When that didn't work I tried WIFI. Do not go. Since I had two of these systems, I tried a different base unit and it worked. So now I have to go to Zosia to get a replacement. I'll let you know how it goes... Remote Access: I ended up getting the system working on my iPhone. This is NOT a simple and continuous process. It took me a hell of a long time to get the app working permanently on my wife's iPhone. Again just an intensification. Navigating your phone is a hassle. You must return to the main menu to see a different camera. You can't just swipe the screen like you could with my previous camera system. Aggravating. I tried to rewind the camera on my iPhone. I received a message that mobile playback is unavailable. Grrrrr. Quality: Another disappointment. New is not better. It's ok, I understand it's just a security camera, not studio quality. However, the night vision part is surprisingly good. In general: stay away! Customer service is terrible! I work 3-4 weeks to get a replacement unit. They still ask questions about the checkout of the purchase. TERRIBLE!
