Love the quality of this and was worried it would be too brutal for me. use. Generally though, when properly targeted (e.g. not on my bones but on a sore, fleshy part of my back) it offers an interesting effect that hasn't quite eased my pain yet, but I suspect it will take some time Exercise. The material of the ball is very similar to a thick eraser. Just enough weight to feel solid but not too heavy to easily hurt. The wire ropes looked rough but they are lighter than I expected. They have little rings so you can adjust them to open or close closer together. I found it easy to lean back on the ball in this chair and lean my sore back area against it. As I mentioned before, using this method takes some practice. My back massage whip didn't come with instructions, so it will take some practice to get the benefit of it. Thank you for reading.
