Quite expensive to get something damaged
I spent the money to treat myself and the smell is good but given the high price you would expect it to come in a box is delivered that matches the product. Since that didn't happen, it seems they broke the top to fit and sent it out. I haven't thrown away the other dispenser yet, so I was able to use the soap. but I figured part of what I was paying for was the use of a pretty bottle. I'm definitely missing that.
