My previous office chair is older than me but it was one of those things you keep to prove you're right. Long story for another time. I bought this chair because it came with a footrest and backrest. Disappointment #1: The footrest isn't anything I would recognize as a true footstool. You're in an awkward position messing around with the tilt feature. Frustration #3: The armrests are adjustable, but like the recline feature, they don't adjust to the normal distance. I didn't even bother with a lumbar pillow - and the neck pillow, which for me was the chair's main benefit, is too small to even use. Overall the chair is good but there have been some disappointments, some more than others. UPDATE: After several attempts to contact the company about their pathetic warranty joke (don't worry, they don't answer) I finally reverse engineered it. Footrest bracket and 3D printed new ones. The moment I said not to trust the stool? yes no it will not withstand ANY weight. There's a fatal design flaw in the bracket that holds it, and if the company ever responds to the message, they might know what it is. If they don't do this before the patent is filed and approved, I think it's their loss.
