Installed on my bike. Tied to swing arms in locations with plenty of clearance for all moving parts. Unfortunately, the zipper came undone on one side, the bag swayed down and was thrown off my rear wheel. The other side soon suffered the same fate as there was no weight on the other side of the bike. Customer service basically said you screwed up with no intention of picking up and sending the bags back. So, 2 days of skiing is all I got from them. I think that's what I get because I'm cheap on Amazon.
