Never again on my review.
Haven't even had the chair a year, had gotten it for my mother who has cancer, and the cushioning is already flat, the message option is just vibration, and the chair doesn't hold the recline position. It also leans back to the right unevenly. I contacted sellers, and they want pictures of the bent brackets.and stated I've already had the chair for 5 months. I'm sorry but this is a lot of money to pay for a product that isn't worth it, and I don't want it replaced. I want my money back, but I doubt I'll get it.
- Great comfy chair. The massage part could be better but it works out great.
- The USB port may be difficult to access for some users
