This waist trainer literally saved my life during my new found work out journey. It’s so sturdy, fits comfortable and compresses your body in all the right places. 1 thing that I would have hoped to be different on this product is the 2 waist bands. They tend to collide and slide under each other while you’re working out but what’s a little adjustment to help the process! Love it love it!
