I bought this shower head to solve low water pressure problems. The first arrived with a factory defect which resulted in all the water exiting through the handle and never getting into the shower head itself. The return went smoothly and I received a second one. This one still leaks a little in the same spot, but it's manageable. Not sure why it's leaking in the first place as the handle needs to be airtight to prevent this. There are two flow restrictors that can be removed with pliers: one in the handle and one in the tube that you connect to the wall. I recommend removing them. It doesn't really improve low water pressure, but the settings are good and easy to switch.
