They work great but like all these devices the cord is very short. The short cable stinks, like most cars, you only really get to the console, it's only about a foot long. It's a twisted pair cable that will stretch about 2 feet long, but then there will be too much tension to mount the radio on a floorboard or anything else for charging as it will just tip over and dock on top of the radio. It would be nice if someone actually made some of these with a comfortable cable length. A straight line 3 or 4 feet long would be much better.
