Highly recommend. I have the SUB90 which comes with a small water bag. The size works for me up to about 5 miles. I would not recommend this for runners planning on running mountain trails, you'll likely need more water. I live in a sunny and warm climate and drink more than the average runner, so based on your location and body, maybe you can make the water stretch a little longer. I gave 4 stars as the water reservoir is not the best quality. The bag itself is outstanding. The magnetic clasps keep it snug even on fast sprints. Don't let the water bag change your mind, it's overall a great purchase, if I lose this one, I am 100% going to buy another.I bought this because lugging around my larger 1.5L bag was overkill for my shorter midweek city runs. I can barely tell I'm wearing this.Go buy one now. The size chart was accurate.
