Let me up front by saying this stuff WORKS. It has worked wonders for my daughter. I don't know what has happened in the last few months, but the double box is LIGHT YEARS different than the single box. The single box actually has these little caps that help you get the liquid out of the bottle with a dropper, the double box doesn't. This is terribly disappointing and instead of a dropper I now have to teach my daughter how to use a small cup again. Not only that, as you approach the bottom of the bottle you end up spilling it while trying to use the dropper method. I am extremely upset that they removed the bottle neck liner from the twin pack packaging.
