I purchased this item and the screen was cracked. Revain replaced, a new one came, the screen is whole. I set it up and let it charge, put on a protective film and also put on a case. The item was charging on the counter all night and waking up to a half black screen and a "popping sound" despite doing nothing but sitting the entire time. It's a strange coincidence when two tablets have the same problem, but they can't even be used. Terrible purchase.
