I like how easy it is for me as an employer to create my own modules! You can customize them however much or little you want to give employees what they need. At this time, there are no limits put in place but if the system were more customizable, then we could have even more features available to use. Take advantage of all of the different functions offered from pre-screening questions, onboarding guides, training videos, learning paths, etc. The customer service has been excellent whenever I've had any issues. They always get back to us within minutes and usually resolve our issue right away. Make sure to try out their free trial first so you know everything works before you make a commitment. We needed something where candidates could complete training without having to be at work every day. A platform such as this makes that possible for both the candidate AND myself (as an employer). It's also super convenient because when someone needs help, they can message me directly.
