Review on Deskun by Jason Chaplain

I like how easy it was for me, once installed via their website/installer they had an app called 'Desk' which could be used anywhere in my business (included work). We were able add custom fields etc so we can have some better reporting than just using google sheets or excel! Not many problems but one thing i do think about sometimes if someone wants certain information from you then its not always straight forward getting them what your looking at - maybe more options would make this easier? Great software though with great support staff behind us when needed too!! I like the way it collects all my emails with different clients in one place. This makes managing them for billing easy. I wish this had more options for scheduling appointments. This would make our lives easier, but we do not have any need for that at this time. As far as emailing goes, I have no complaints. This is an excellent product. If you want a single point of contact for your business, then I highly recommend this program. It has helped us manage the workload associated with multiple companies.
