Description of Deskun

Deskun is a multichannel helpdesk system. It is a Google Chrome extension that enables to combine multiple communication channels and process customer requests inside Gmail interface. The channels available are as follows: Live chat on a website Messengers: Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Viber, Skype and VK.com Any e-mail With Deskun, it is possible to add a live chat widget to a website, customize its appearance, position on the page and welcome message for customers. Messages from live chat are processed inside familiar Gmail interface. To effectively communicate with clients via live chat, Deskun has customizable message templates, internal notes, sound notifications and much more. Also, based on the chat dialog, support agents can create tickets – tasks for other employees. Deskun brings together the most popular instant messengers, so businesses will not miss a single message from customers. Communities on Facebook, Twitter accounts, Telegram, Viber and Skype bots – all these channels can be added to Deskun in a few clicks. All incoming messages are also processed inside Gmail interface. Also, Deskun enabled to use any e-mail address for customer support. There are such handy features as automatic reply, common e-mail address for agents, behind-the-scenes collaboration with notes, collision detection, e-mail tracking and much more. New Deskun users are given a free trial period of 21 days, during which one can test out all the features without restrictions, and understand how many agents ($2.99 per month) and channels ($1.99 per month) will be required for business. One support agent and one channel are available for free forever. Also, Deskun provides additional options for productive work in Gmail: mailtracking, send later, message templates and email snooze. These functions are available to all users for free and without limitations.

Deskun - Great Software - Great Company!!

I like how easy it was for me, once installed via their website/installer they had an app called 'Desk' which could be used anywhere in my business (included work). We were able add custom fields etc so we can have some better reporting than just using google sheets or excel! Not many problems but one thing i do think about sometimes if someone wants certain information from you then its not always straight forward getting them what your looking at - maybe more options would make this easier…

Great alternative to tracking issues and inquiries

I love how fast it works, its easy for everyone in my office who has limited technical knowledge of computers or coding etc.. Its not very user friendly but i guess thats because we're all still learning what this software can do! We've been able use desku primarily just send tickets out via email from our gmail accounts which makes things so much easier than having people go into their outlook emails every time they need something fixed!! Also being an old school person like me (I'm 50) with…

  • The ease is amazing especially since most employees don't have experience working around tech products outside google docs!!! This made implementation quite quick compared traditional methods that other companies used where

Easy to setup and intuitive UI: Deskun

I like how easy it was for our team members who were not technical, such people could easily use this app without any training or support from us! Not much dislike but there's nothing really special about me either so far (except maybe its price). We used desku in order train new employees of ours with no prior experience using HelpDesk software which allowed them quickly get up-to speed since they did have some basic knowledge already when we started working together at their first day…
