Deskun is a multichannel helpdesk system. It is a Google Chrome extension that enables to combine multiple communication channels and process customer requests inside Gmail interface. The channels available are as follows:

Any e-mail
With Deskun, it is possible to add a live chat widget to a website, customize its appearance, position on the page and welcome message for customers. Messages from live chat are processed inside familiar Gmail interface. To effectively communicate with clients via live chat, Deskun has customizable message templates, internal notes, sound notifications and much more. Also, based on the chat dialog, support agents can create tickets – tasks for other employees.
Deskun brings together the most popular instant messengers, so businesses will not miss a single message from customers. Communities on Facebook, Twitter accounts, Telegram, Viber and Skype bots – all these channels can be added to Deskun in a few clicks. All incoming messages are also processed inside Gmail interface.
