I like how easy it was for our team members who were not technical, such people could easily use this app without any training or support from us! Not much dislike but there's nothing really special about me either so far (except maybe its price). We used desku in order train new employees of ours with no prior experience using HelpDesk software which allowed them quickly get up-to speed since they did have some basic knowledge already when we started working together at their first day onboarding/training session -.
