Here's a suggestion - Plastic/rubber version of the original wooden handle - Half the price and half the weight A few months ago I was struggling to get used to the work since my modality it requires keeping the tissue in a compressed state for several seconds, which takes time to acclimate. I got this to prevent hand injuries as there are a lot of big guys in my community with tight muscles and active trigger points for flat irons. on the skin due to the smooth but not *too* smooth plastic body, good choice of rubber to grip, cons - the subtleties of the fabric are not as easy to feel as the original pen, mainly due to the plastic. Ergo is not perfect. If the base of the grip was slightly elliptical it would be better as if the rubber portion of the grip covered the entire portion of the nipple except for the tip. Be careful but make sure to walk slowly as you can walk very low compared to your knuckles or supported thumbs without knowing it. Good price. The original looks like a doorknob that was turned in high school. better value IMHO. ;)
