I haven't had a chance to use this tool yet (maybe next Christmas). But I've watched all of the inventor's videos and I know it will make my life MUCH easier! After my first foray into making tamales last Christmas, I was ready to give upβthe mommies took too long to spread and I did such a lousy job they looked misshapen. I'm ready to try again!
