Great value for wear reel and storage case! I use a roller every other night and then apply a green tea toner, a retinol/hyaluronic acid/vitamin C serum and a CoQ10 moisturizer. After this regime I stopped doing botox injections. Happened more than 10 years younger. For the first time, 0.25mm would be a good choice and you can start once a week. Even if you're already using some type of retinol, you can skip it the first few times you'll have a reaction at first. But don't skip the lips ladies (0.5mm max). You will thank me
