There were problems with the failure of regular racks. The tailgate only rose half a foot and had to be lifted by hand. According to research, OEM racks fail all the time. We then bought these frames from A-Premium and couldn't be happier. The tailgate lifts as it should. The item was carefully packed. And it was all easy to install!
