I highly recommend this to all cyclists as I know how painful it is to look at the phone while riding a bike. I can do all these things easily. The phone holder holds your phone securely so you don't have to worry about it falling or breaking. Also, I like the light color. It fits my bike perfectly, just the way I want it.
