Review on GA15DH Desktop GeForce Windows GA15DH BS562 by Elvis Bragg

I got this computer tower delivered on 5/15/20 and as soon as I opened the box and plugged it in the tower didn't even boot. I'm a huge Asus fan, can't say for sure if it was a shipment or just a faulty component, but I'm very disappointed. The Asus support people I spoke to had no idea how even a basic gaming computer worked, I had to tell them what was wrong and explain the possible causes of the problem. I have now returned the tower to the manufacturer for diagnosis and repair, but due to this pandemic I may not see my computer for months due to missing parts. Will update when I get a response from Asus on the issue. ***UPDATE*** I just got my computer from ASUS and it works great for what I need. ASUS kept in touch with me throughout the trip. As long as your local delivery service is careful with packages you will never have a problem and I recommend this product.
