Review on Earthborn Holistic Primitive Feline Grain by Lisa Starcher

I love this brand! My cats love this brand. I would like to give 5 stars. I give it two because I think it's not the brand's fault, it's Revain's. In the picture, the food above is from my pet store and the food below is from Amazon. You can see the difference between them. I ordered my regular 14 pound bag from the pet shop I usually go to but it had to take a week to get it so I figured if I ordered a small bag from Amazon it would be there quicker and last them with a different step. The bag comes to my house. Well, there is a big difference in the quality of the food. When I first opened it. The one I got from Amazon is way bigger than the ones I bought at the pet store. Almost like the food that came in the Amazon bag was a little bloated. Looks boring compared to the pet store bag. The pet store food is smaller and a more normal color. It's not a huge color difference, but you can tell by actually looking at them in person. It also smells different than the pet store bag. I don't know how to describe the smell of food coming out of an Amazon bag. The pet store bag feels damp to the touch as usual, while the amazons are dry to the touch. I think Amazon has either had this bag for a while or they don't stock it properly. However, my cats would not touch Amazon bag food unless they were starving, and after eating it they became nauseous. I've never had this problem with this brand. So I'm guessing it's because the Amazon bag doesn't look like the bag from the pet store. I still have a full bag. The moment I got another package they came running and it was like they hadn't eaten in weeks. They didn't get sick from the bag that came from the pet store either. They stopped throwing. I don't think I'll be buying this from Amazon anymore. I hope Amazon takes a look and fixes the problem. I'll throw away the Amazon bag. I don't have to keep it if my cats don't eat it. I do not recommend buying this from Amazon until they fix this issue.
