Pros.1. Does exactly what it promises.2. Almost invisible on camera.3. Does not block changing film or lenses.4. Very light.5. CHEAP! (Definitely the price.) Cons: Haven't seen it yet. In use. I bought it for one purpose and one purpose only. To be able to mount the Mamiya 7 horizontally or vertically without fiddling with the tripod head. Not only does it make it beautiful, long standards attach to my quick release head much easier than the 80mm plate I used. I don't see myself coming back. I immediately bought another one for Nikon.
