best cloud alternative - better experience compared
i like that it is easy for employees of any size firm or organization with different policies such as ADR/ADM rules etc., because this software makes all those things uniform so they are not confusing if you have more than one office in your city. I also liked how fast the support team answers my questions even outside business hours! sometimes there may be an issue where certain reports cannot open but rest assured customer service will send out another report immediately at no cost to me which helps immensely when running large legal departments! we solved our problems related to billing clients by having everything under 1 roof-easy access to billings and invoices without needing multiple systems (i am sure other users can relate).
Pros
- The variety, ease & speed within thrives system make managing both client relations management AND payroll very simple compared to traditional methods using excel spreadsheets only !!!!!! It has helped improve productivity greatly especially during tax season time period where everyone needs quick results from their data quickly while maintaining accuracy too..I love being able to run queries easily through Excel now insteadof manually enterning information
